I called the business and explained that my tank less water heater is leaking from the hot water line. Then I asked him if can be repaired or needs to be replaced? On a follow up question, the water line pipe could be frozen and busted. So that needs to be fixed. I said there was a leak and has been fixed. then he said ask that guy to fix the water heater as well with a very unfriendly manner. I told him that guy has not any experience in tank less heater and suggested me to get a professional guy on tank less heater. Then kept silence and suddenly hanged up. I then made a call immediately and he did not receive that call.nnIf there was an option for '0' rating, I would rank them 0 out of 5.
