The installation service was outstanding and the emergency plumber was on time. They explained the issue completely before they started any work. The work was completed on time and within budget.
Third time using Sean`s Plumber Wylie TX. Great guys, great and fast service. They know what they're doing! The technicians were able to quickly see what the problem was and fixed it. Hopefully I won't need them too soon. But they'll be my first call.
I would not recommend this company. The plumber was young and inexperienced and the company does not answer their phone or return messages. I had an outdoor faucet that leaks when turned on. Decided to have it replaced. They had to cut into the siding, which was ok, to get access. The plumbing is copper so they ended up kinking the pipe further back in the wall and know there is no water pressure. The new spigot is too long and now I have a useless faucet. I think if the plumber had been more experienced, this would have been avoided.
This company sent their best to clear drain line from kitchen sink and washer. Was on schedule, neighborly, and certainly accommodating. Cleared the stop up with no issues and left no wreck. Cost was very sensible. highly recommended them!
