They WAY overcharge for repairs. You have to pay for them just to come to your house and they make you wait a few days- so by the time they come you’ll pay anything. If you need it done; they will do a good job, but if you can call someone else you can save about 1/2

Just putting this out there for anyone who might be hesitant to spend the $60 quote fee. They are very professional and quick. Our technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and completely transparent about everything once he arrived. Our main issue was the quote, which was very steep. I really wish we could have saved the $60 and received some estimate prior to committing to the in-person service fee. We have already called other places and received much lower estimates over the phone. Lesson learned, but hopefully someone else can benefit from this.

Nathan was my technician today and went waaaayy above and beyond my expectations!! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. Anytime new issues arose as he dug deeper into fixing our washer valves he was able to find a quick resolution. He was equipped with all of the repair items in his truck. Super polite and even stayed to hook up our washer unit to ensure it worked properly. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone seeking great quality, professional and excellent service!! Super satisfied with the overall outcome!!!

Had a pipe issue after the 2021 Snowmageddon and was without hot water for two weeks. Corey showed up and fixed the issue, restarted the hot water heater and made sure stuff was working before he left. One of the many reasons we continue to use Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about BF's plumber David. A+ Professional, nice young family man and very smart. Arrived on site quickly, diagnosed problem right away. Ended up installing new tankless heater. He removed current system while the new one was being delivered and was ready to start installing it as soon as it arrived. He worked consistently and quickly. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and took the time to explain and show me what he did step by step, answering all of my questions. Wow! Fabulous work ethic, exceeded all expectations!
