Alan came in and knew exactly what he was doing got my gas hot water heater started again so I could have hot water. This is the second time I called them. They did such a good job the first time I had to call them back. Go Heating, Air & Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on.nThey are very courteous and professional. First time turning the air on and of course it did not want to work! I called them Monday morning and they were out later that afternoon. The tech Jorge was very courteous and professional. He recommended several options which I was able to choose from and got it working the same day. I highly recommend GO and Jorge!
Alan was the best plumber I’ve ever had come to my home. He explained everything in a through, precise manner and explained the options. He then worked quickly to fix the issue and explain what to watch for. He also provided other helpful tips to consider. 10 stars.
Very pleased with the service we received. We had lots of water pooled up on the floor that was coming up through the floorboards and tile but could not find source of water. We were expecting the worst case scenario of a slab leak and a huge expense to go along with it. However, Alan and Anthony were able to determine the problem was a clogged drain pipe for the washing machine. Very reasonable charge for work performed. Will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
