All About Water was hired by my Home Warranty Company. My portion of the service call was a $75 deductible. They charged somewhere in the neighborhood of $250 to my warranty company to fix a drip in my bathroom faucet. They replaced two valve assemblies but did not replace the small spring and washer located below the valve assembly. After their attempted fix, the faucet was still leaking the same. The plumber left and said I would hear back from his management. They wanted me to pay another $75 deductible and my warranty company to cover the rest for the plumber to return. I got tired of waiting for this issue to be resolved, I bought the little spring and washer kit and installed it myself. The faucet no longer leaks and I requested All About Water to refund me my $75 since they did not fix my problem and refused to return free of charge. Do not do business with this company.
Al did a great job installing my water heater. Al is honest and does quality work at a affordable price. He is also a nice guy!
Because of google “good rating” , I called this company to get water heater checked out and possible replacement, but I called about dozen times and left message between yesterday and today, no one even answered the phone. All I got was a text. Glad I found someone else could helps. Bad experience with them! Try to look for other company before calling them!
Great honest service. Al explained everything and work crew completed job to our satisfaction and cleaned up all mess. Very happy to find them, they will come back to do yearly draining also.
You can't ask for better service than what Al gave us. He was very helpful over the phone, sending our quote in a timely manner and beating all other prices we had been given. Our water heater was still within its warranty period and even though he didn't do the original installation, he met me up at the supplier, picked up my new water heater for me and came to my house to install. He was knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend All about water heaters to anyone!
