Due to the recent February Winter Storm, a frozen pipe had thawed and burst. I found Thorough Plumbing after calling approx 20 plumbers since many Texans were going through similar problems. They were able to come to my home the very next day & correct the situation (I was incredibly fortunate with that). They were honest, professional and very nice. All costs and procedures were explained clearly. Their pricing was very fair. I will be definitely using Thorough Plumbing in the future.
100% IMPRESSED! Jeff was a straight shooter and a plumber with incredible expertise. He quickly diagnosed our issue and presented multiple reasonable options. My husband and I were beyond satisfied from start to finish. We highly recommend Thorough Plumbing!!
Can’t say enough good things about the service I got from Jeff today, Bottom to top professionalism and a very THOROUGH job! Had to replace a tankless water heater (under warranty) and he not only called the manufacturer to help me get it replaced but also picked up the new tank, installed it, and dealt with hauling away the old unit.nnHe gained a customer for life out of this experience.
Extremely responsive even on a weekend. Very thorough, and we appreciated how he explained everything to us. Will absolutely use again!
I had a water valve that broke and called Thourough at 3:00pm on a Saturday and he came and fixed it after he finished the job he was currently at. He was extremely professional, nice and friendly. Great customer service, highly recommend!
