Thank you so much! We just had them come out to replace our water heater that decided today was the day it was going out with flying colors. We woke up to water on our ceiling and walls, and their team came out super quickly and replaced our water heater with a new one and gave us the number to call for the ceiling and wall repair. I cannot thank these guys enough. They were friendly, quick and funny.
I spoke with Jack, the owner. He seemed up to par. Mario & Roman came out early. Not late like most. He knew his stuff. They were honest and straight forward. Mario did a water leak detection to determine my water leak for a nominal fee with no sales pitch. I would recommend them again and again. And I will definitely call them if I have a leak again. They did an awesome job!!! I had water pouring out in front of the house and I felt warm spots all over the floor. Mario with Allen Plumbing &Water Leak Detection came over and was able to locate the water leak within inches under the floor. As a single woman I am always skeptical of contractors. These guys have flat rate pricing so I knew exactly what I was going to pay before they showed up.nnWe decided to do a reroute of the leaking water pipe instead of jack hammering my kitchen floor, they only had to cut two spots in my sheetrock and installed a new line. No hidden fees - excellent service. I wish I could give them more stars!!!
Jack & Mario came to my house and was extremely professional. I had a very high water bill and found no water in the house. They came out and quickly figured out that I had a hot water leak under my slab. Using infrared equipment, they found a hotspot on my floor and then used what he called an ultrasonic listening device he pinpointed my leak exactly where it was. He was very proficient in his water leak detection. Next day they returned in the morning and to start a re route for the water leak. This method from what I was told is a better repair and there is no need to jackhammer my wood floors. After the job was done, Jack and his crew cleaned up every piece of dirt and dust around. I don't think my kitchen floor was that clean when he got here! Allen Plumbing &Water Leak Detection is an amazing company with absolutely wonderful employees I will suggest them every time!
I received my water bill from City of Allen and it was very high $300. I called them and suspected a water leak due to my meter always moving and using water. I checked everything that could possibly be the issue and found nothing. I called Allen Plumbing & Water Leak Detection and they scheduled an appointment the following business day. They were here early and called prior to be sure I was home. Jack checked everywhere until he found the water leak at the street next to the city shut off. They were honest, upfront and charge a flat rate for their water leak detection. They dug up the hole so the water leak was exposed and showed me the leak. Hopefully I never have another leak, but if I do, I will definitely call them again. Five stars!
