I was impressed that the company came out the same day as I called. Everyone was very professional and explained what they were doing. They were friendly and easy to work with as well. The price was competitive, and Rudy quickly and competently installed the septic system. We are quite happy with the whole experience and hope that he is still with Royal Flush Septic, Inc next time we need plumbing work done. I called multiple (at least 6) septic companies on a Saturday night with an urgent matter and Royal Flush was the only one that answered the phone. Spoke with Rudy and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find and Rudy was great!
