I was afraid they would be closed before I arrived. I called in my order and got there as the young man was making my sandwich (about 10min before closing). He was super nice. The place was SPOTLESS! He had everything super clean and pulled forward ready to start the day tomorrow.nHe was so incredibly nice. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this location.
Would have gotten a 5 star if they would have chopped my salad like I asked twice for.
Only 1 or 2 people behind the counter working. Does NOT participate in subway promotions. 5 dollar foot long and other deals not honored at this location. Ask first if you are expecting a discount or subway advertisement.
Need more improvement for customer service and how they handle the sandwich..
The food was all super fresh including the wheat bread which is much of the time less than fresh at some locations. The young 16yo girl that served us was awesome and worked hard to make our sandwiches perfect and oh they really were so good. That is the second time that I have been to that Wylie location and both times have been really good. I also appreciate the fact that it was open til 10p on a Sunday!
