First visit to this location. Clean interior. Friendly staff.
The employees at this location are thieves. I went to get a refund because my order was wrong and cold. When a nice older lady helped me with my refund, I was informed there was a $2.00 tip added to my total after I totaled out my receipt. She did not have to steal anything. I always tip in cash once I get my food so you don’t have to wait on your employer to give you your tip.
You can go to Denny's or IHOP, I'll go to the Waffle House for hash browns with cheese, crispy and fresh bacon, and a delicious pecan waffle.
Absolutely disappointing for a first experience. Our waiter was very rude, disrespectful, and overall pathetic. I never had a bad experience with customer service until I ate at this place. The employees not only did they have an aloof attitude, but most of them would rather sit and chat with their friends instead of assisting us. We left no tip and did not bother to leave a tip due to their poor character. Do not eat at this place.
They are fully open and do not require a mask. The food is as expected. Service is as good as you get at WH.
