Love Whataburger breakfast burritos & sandwiches. Fresh & made to order. We don't usually make it by while they're still serving breakfast but we're always happy when we do.
Horrible... I have never been to a whataburger where the chicken sandwich is not freshly made. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Patty was dry and room temperature, therefore cheese not melted. One side of the patty was almost non existent, super thin... I had to add my own mayo and warm up in order to eat.
Great burgers
Sadden my experience was not the best. I ordered fries without salt and a small malt. My large fries were brown as if the grease was super old. And come to find out I was charged for a Large Malt. And not a Small Malt. Even though the worker confirmed a small malt with me over intercom. She asked if she could get the manager. But I just said no and left. I did want to wait any longer for the refund and such. I kindly took the food and drove on. I thought the price I was told when I arrived to the register was kinda high.
I had a mix up with my order during the lunch rush. I called and spoke with the General manager Cass, and explained what happened. He was very hospitable and he didn't rush me off the phone. He was very sorry my order was mixed up and he his staff had it quickly prepared and ready! Kudos to management and the staff for handling themselves in a professional and courteous manner!!
