Beyond amazing experience!! I'm a perfectionist when it comes to giving my cars the best spotless wash possible! I have been searching so long for a touch free wash that actually does a beyond amazing job.. Let's talk about what makes this place go beyond 5 stars!!! The owners are down to earth, funny, loving, fun, passionate, family oriented, hard working, dedicated to the customers satisfaction, willing to go above, and beyond amazing people!!! The do everything possible to ensure there customers get the best high quickly products for a mouth dropping low price!!! You get what you pay for doesn't apply here!!! By far this is the best car wash I have ever been to and I will be making the 30min trip every week!!! No other car wash exercise to me now. Thank you for making me feel like family! Great completely touch less automatic bay on right hand side. Left hand bay has brushes. Overall a good wash, but you might need to do it yourself or go to a pro to get it really clean.
I wanted to use the hand wash stall. But, the machine wouldn't take any of my dollars or my 5 dollar bills. So, I couldn't wash my car. This was my worst experience there. Usually its a good place to wash your car. Bring quarters.
Went to the Touchless Bay and ran my card as I waited for the previous customer to exit. When the machine told me to proceed and stop it told me to back up, then stop, forward, stop, backward, etc. It seemed to have a hard time making up it's mind. I was a bit frustrated so I left. Shortly after I contacted the owner and she was quick to call me back. She was very concerned over what happened, apologetic and gave me a credit. This is the best carwash within the Mid McKinney, and North Collin county area and we are very happy with it.
$5 will wash your car thoroughly, the drive thru is not very good, pay the $5 and use the do it yourself option, water pressure is awesome, soap is high quality, love this car wash!
