It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. We ordered two footlong subs and a bag of chips. We didn't receive the chips, my sub that I ordered to be toasted wasn't toasted, there was little to no lettuce on either sandwich, and neither had cheese. It's that the sandwich was terrible it's just not what I wanted.

First and last time to this location - pretty disappointing. Cash only during the pandemic, bread was overcooked, portions for toppings were all over the place. We passed on the burnt cookies (my son was devastated but at least they had cheetos) and it took three attempts to find a pop that was working properly.

Worst customer service ever. The guy working was apparently put off by the fact that we wanted sandwiches made. Get a new job if its too much trouble bro

My daughter went to this restaurant today. She was told that her debit card won’t work because they have a new machine. Asked if she had cash. She said no and he asked her to leave. No sandwich was made. No attempt on the debit card. Shady.

07/19/20: I went in and stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped. I was the only one in there. I went to open the door again to ring the doorbell and still, no one came out. I finally dug out my phone to call the them but a young man happened to see me. I probably stood there about 5 minutes waiting. The young man was polite but he didn't put a mask on before making my sandwichnPlease stress to your employees that they need to wear masks when handling food. Thanks.
