Loved the experience. I felt I was treated very special from the moment I walked in the door by the manager James. He even made me a personalized pizza with all my favorite ingredients. I noticed that there were not many people eating there but I would highly recommend it. I promise you won't leave hungry or unhappy.

Great pizza and great service, James the manager was socializing with all customers. I stopped going to this Cicis because it had declined so bad it wasn’t worth the money. Everyone we encountered was nice. James and the staff is working really hard to turn this place around.

In all honesty both of my experiences at this location were on Saturdays around lunch or a little after. The first time there was a soccer team in November. Idk if you guys go off of reservations but if you see that it's busy the line should be filled with pizza, yet it was not. The line should always be filled. The second time I went was this past Saturday. I gave it a second chance because my family likes pizza. It wasn't even busy and the pizza line was empty (like 2 slices and that's it) it should never get down to that. You guys need to have a sense of urgency when it comes down to it. I also ordered a flatbread this last time and it was burnt af ud83dude13
