BEWARE, They ruined my wife's dress during dry cleaning, and would not replace the dress or offer compensation. My only option was to report to better business
This is not a review, just a comment. Based on all these reviews, this place is a catastrophy. It makes me wonder about the owner....nobody seems to care. I had to dig for a good review. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to share your experiences. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten-foot pole!
The professional, honest, and hardworking team at Payless were awesome with my request to get my suit same day as a wedding I had on a Friday night. Staff promised a time and it was there when they promised! I will make this my go to dry cleaners from now on!
Please Please Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! EVERYTHING IS TRUE !!!They ruined my Calvin Klein dress. Kept my dress for over a week. Manager never called back. Had to Drive from Wylie to Plano to speak to the manager in person. He lied and said my tag bled on the dress. Black dye was all over my dress. Manager said I could not file a claim. 150$ dress ruined. Don't go to this place!!!!!
