Power Cleaners

Just switched to this place. I took 20-30 dress shirts in and they did a great job, but I left the review mainly to say that they could not have been nicer. The 2 people that helped me each time I went in were so friendly. They have earned a new customer.

I love this Dry cleaners. I asked them if they could come to my house and pick & drop off my clothes and they did. The young man in the front brought me my clothes and the nice lady told me it would be ready the same day. Thank you so much! I will recommend this to my friends and family

Went to get my dads shirts dry cleaned. I gave the Indian lady 4 or so shirts. There were small oil stains from food here and there and told her that I needed those removed. She stated that she would try and there was a possibility of the oil not coming out which I understood. Went to go pick up the clothing a few days later and not only did it seem like she didn’t even try, there were new stains or marks which weren’t there when I took it in. It legitimately looked like she took it and placed it on a rack and after a few days of sitting they decided to add a tag and send it back with new stains.I told her that the new marks were placed which weren’t there from before but she was adamant that they were. I even took some water and started scrubbing and it started to come off, so I know she didn’t dry clean them. Regarding the oil stains she kept asking what food the oil stain was from, as if I was watching my dad or my dad remembered eating one of the many curries that caused the stain. Regardless, I took a refund for one of the shirts as she was not willing to give a refund but finally gave it. I then took it to Dry Clean city on 14th street. I showed them the oil stains and other stains. No questions asked. When I went to pick it up, ALL of the stains were REMOVED including the oils that the Indian lady kept insisting wouldn’t come off. No excuses and no stupid questions from them. I will never ever go to This Indian dry cleaner again. Save your money and time and go else where.

Had a great experience at power cleaners. They always have your clothes back on time. I’ve been going here for quite some time now and they’ve never lost or damaged anything. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.
