Been going to this cleaner for about a year now since my previous cleaner of 18 years closed. Up until recently service was great, cleaning was great and they even replaced buttons , or sewn patches on shirts. My last cleaning a very expensive work shirt was over pressed and the logo and writing was destroyed. I didn't notice it since it was in with a bunch of other shirts until l went to put it on today.nI took it to Q cleaners today, (Still had dry cleaning tag on it) showed it to the owner and compared it with another shirt exactly like it that they just cleaned. She claimed the shirt was older and I brought it from home because she packaged up my shirts last time. I showed her the dated dry cleaning tab and she implied I was a liar. Never looked in the back, talked to anyone who could have known. Wow!nLost me as a customer and created this review.

I've used them for years. Great pricing and terrific service. The owners are so personable and inviting, they make you feel like family. And they are extremely honest. I brought in a dress for alterations, and she explained to me how altering the dress would end up costing more than what I originally paid for the dress. I highly recommend them!

Stated two days turn around for a sewing job and when I went in it wasn’t ready and I received a call an hour later telling me she could meet me then and there at the time as if I was just waiting around... told her I didn’t have time and was running errands.

Not only does Q cleaners do a good job with a very affordable price, but they are genuinely nice people. It has always been a pleasant experience to do business with them.

Advertised 7:00am open time. I waited from 7:20-7:35am and nobody showed up. With 4 other Cleaners within a 1 mile radius, that’s bad business.
