Went to get my dry cleaning on Friday (said it would be ready on Thursday) and it wasn't ready. Came back Saturday at 10am (their adjusted opening time for COVID) and waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up to open the store. I left at 10:20 and no one was there. They also haven't updated their hours on here so I'm about to roll the dice to make sure that they are open to finally free my shirts from this hostage situation. I will never use this business again.

took 2 comforters to this location for laundering, NOT dry cleaning, these are not satin top down comforters, they are just too big for home laundering. When I dropped them off the said that it would be 7-9 days.... really?, do you send these to Mexico? Today I went to pick them up and hand them my ticket, the one that says 30+ dollars ( this is for wash and dry, remember) No, fool... 30+ dollars each! Are you kidding me? Are you trying to tell me that to put 2 comforters in a washing machine and dry them, all in 7-9 days... you will charge me over $60??? NEVER again Comet. You will never see a penny of my hard earned money. Next time these need cleaned I'll drop the off at a Laundromat and for $60, they will be washed and dried THREE times.... RIPPED OFF in McKinney!

Always friendly and quality service. I highly recommend this location. They stand by their work too. I've been using them for about eight years.

The drive through is an amazing feature, especially when you have kids. Prices are average but service is great! No complaints here.
