Great customer service!
This cleaners does a fantastic job! I started going here a few weeks ago, and so far I love the service that they provide! It's under new management, and I had a chance to meet the owner who is really nice. I really like the quality of their cleaning, and they were able to repair my leather shoes. Also, I am always in a rush, so they gave me a drop off bag for free which I slip in there drop box. And they have a drive thru! Very convenient. I highly recommend them because they are my new go to cleaners!
For nearly a decade I had been using this service, I am a very busy person, so I just drop my clothes and move on. However, for the last 2-3 months,nI had the issue of having to ask for a receipt for the clothes I drop only to get a bad attitude from the clerk at this location.nI finally had some mental time to really be aware of the awful attitude of this clerk, and their, now, customary practice of not providing a receipt with thennumber of pieces I am dropping. I had enough of this, I will not go back to this place, nor do I recommend it.
Great customer service, always on time service and very friendly and professional! I will recommend this cleaner to my friends.
