Edited: Took two curtain panels (initially) came home put them up and noticed a stain on one of them but they were very nice and fixed the issue at no cost. Great customer service , came back to drop some more stuff off .nnUpdate, after they offered to “fix” the panelsnThey ruined them completely , yup, no grease looking spots but now the fabric looks like it got thinned out , rubbed some hard that it looks like it’s 10 years old , it’s supposed to be blackout curtains, and still are Except on those spots . Also the press around the curtain got messed up and lol awful, this were new (first time doing dry cleaning) to a restoration hardware curtains ! Expensive curtains! When this happened I just have had a baby so I really don’t have time to be writing reviews or anything of that matter. I should be getting new pair of curtains for this. I will post photos soon

We’ve been going to Diamond Cleaners for over 10 years. Absolutely love them. They’ve been doing our cleaning & alterations with perfect results. Beyond a 5 star rating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Family owned & the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend them- as well I’ve had items that needed to be altered quickly & they always accommodate us.

I took a brand new $500 comforter to them and they completely ruined it! They flattened it and broke the threads. I called several times to speak with management but was unable to talk to anyone. I'm out the money. I will NEVER take anything to this cleaner again!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They lost my favorite Anthropologie Blazer, charged me for the dry cleaning of it and told me to give them time to find it. Over two weeks later (I foolishly continued to give them business in the interim), they continued to tell me they were looking for it. They never apologized, never refunded me the cost of the dry cleaning for the blazer I never received and never addressed the cost of my missing blazer. I’m highly disappointed in the service I received.nDO NOT bring your dry cleaning here if you want it back.
