Amazing owners and staff. I have been in the Air Force for over 20 years and all around the US to many dry cleaners by far Terrell Cleaners are the best of the best. They support our troops and veterans. I drive 30mins to their cleaners it's worth it.

Best customer service ever!!! Linda and the owner were great ! I will definitely use them again. This was the first time using Terrells and they did a fantastic job, if it wasn’t for Terrells I would be still waiting on a cleaning kit from Nebraska furniture mart........their warranty is a joke , if you have a spill go to Terrells and they will take care of you !!!

Their quality has been going downhill for the last few years. I never had any issues ever since 2005 but lately my shirts are coming back with brown stains on the front which are very hard to remove. They have often re-laundered my shirts but it is a waste of time. Also, they changed the chemical/cleaner for dry cleaning and the nice smell is no longer there in the clothes.nMr. Terrell, please bring back the good old days of quality service and dry cleaning.

My husband and I have been using Terrell’s cleaners, however no longer will I do business here. I have inquired about a missing blouse since the beginning of September with no resolution. No attempts to track it down. No apologies. Last week I picked my dry cleaning and noticed a sweater that a toddler can now wear. A 98.00 wool sweater that was worn only once. I’ve been in twice since then but I always get that the owner isn’t there or isn’t immediately available. They’ve taken my number both times saying that they would call me, but I’m still waiting on a resolution.

Only place take our dry cleaning and comforters. Never had a problem and they always have items ready when promised.
