My name is Jennifer, President and CEO of The JRP Group, LLC, a medical practice management company. I have used NCT for their services for the last 10 years in different capacities. They have been the preferred vendor I have recommended to my clients for IT managed services and have remained as clients to this company. The owner is very much involved and helpful. They are prompt when responding to the issue at hand. They understand that time is money and nobody can afford to go down!
The CEO of this company worked with our healthcare firm in the past and is far from knowledgeable and is very condescending. He needs to check his ego at the door and understand that his customers are the number one priority. Stay away!
NCT is amazing! They are quick to answer requests and help with so much more than just PC issues. I would not recommend anyone else!
