Have to say worked there in high school back in 2013 it’s really a nice an clean an family friendly place they leave you car new

Didn't do a great job but reasonable. The vacuums didn't have a lot of power but there was a lot of people using them that day. They have free rags to use but they are like shop towels. I would go back but I wouldn't get the $18 again.

Worth the time to come over here. No cheaper than any other express washes ie you’ll have to pay to use the mat washer. The $5 wash is a good deal if you just need a quick rinse though. Will be back regularly.

I feel cheated lmao I don't think it matters what you pay for seems everyone gets the same wash.... got the ultimate and seems like the person ahead of me got the same wash and I have their recipt cause they didn't take it... and the screen wouldn't change... so I had to do it... they got the basic... ud83dude44

After vacuuming out my vehicle, I stepped back and noticed that the outside looked terrible. Not only were there places that were totally missed and still dirty...very dirty in fact...but there was what looked like tiny dots that felt like sandpaper all over the car, every inch. When I ran my hand over the car it felt rough. I asked one of the young men for a manager bc the office doors were locked, he went and found him. I showed the manager how dirty the car still was and asked him if the sandpaper texture all over the car was the wax. The manager never introduced himself but was immediately condescending and rude. He said my entire car had been spray painted or was covered in some form of cast off from paint. My vehicle is garaged full time, it had not been out of said garage for over a week bc of snowmaggendon, drove it back and forth to the hospital and then straight to the car wash, AND it was serviced and washed the week prior and not one single issue. He argued with me, said he’d been in the business for over 25 years and I could take it to any other place and they’d tell me my car was covered in spray off too (nope, that did not happen...in fact, I was told that he was “crazy to say that”). When I was tired of being spoken to in such a manner I redirected him and asked again if I could just drive through again to get the dirt off, and he continued to argue with me. He said the dirt was covered by the spray paint and a wash would not remove it. Unbelievable crazy talk. He was rude, aggressive, unprofessional AND did not know what he was talking about. Lesson learned. Do not subject yourself to the incompetence nor unprofessionalism. Plus, your vehicle will still be dirty.
