My five star review is for customer service only. I paid for an automatic car wash but the machine stopped working at the beginning of my cycle. I left a note in the mailbox and received a response in a timely manner. Al, the car wash manager refunded my money and gave me a car wash to apologize.nnGreat customer service is lacking across all industries so I appreciate it when done right.
Used my card to vacuum my car which lead to a $10 charge for a $1.25 vacuum charge. Tried to look up “The Bubble Factory” online to question why I was charge 7 times the price, but there was not a contact number. This is the second time this has occurred the first timethis gappened 3 weeks ago or so I decided to just not worry about it. But it has happened again so DO NOT USE VISA/DEBIT card here or you won’t be able to pay the actual price that is displayed.nnLow star due to not being able to pay the actual price shown as well as not being able to contact the point of contact to determine how to fix a payment issue . Hope these guys fix this huge problem.
Kind of smells and.nor everything always works. Decent enough to get the jobs done.
