I love this location! Friendly staff and the owner is polite as well. Most importantly, Leea (my massage therapist) is amazing! Her pressure is perfect, she's personable, and I feel like a new person when I leave. She's the reason why I've kept my membership during this pandemic. Good massage therapists are difficult to find so I'm so lucky that I found her.

I got a 90 min massage with marissela and she was AMAZING! She took her time and focused on the knots I had. Best massage ever, I am recommending her to everyone! I will go back with her ASAP!

My massage was great. The best. I felt so good and relaxed. But the facility was lacking. So it's not a spa. More like a Massage Envy. They gave me an IPad to sign a bunch of disclosures and rules to follow. The screen was cracked. The bathroom wasn't clean...the paper towels were spilling out of the trash can and onto the floor. The hallway had people talking loudly in it which was not the experience I was looking for. For sports related and other health concerns this is probably the best. For a relaxing afternoon treat....not so much.

This was my first visit at the Watters Creek location. Lindsey was amazing. So glad I realized you all are so close. Will definitely be coming back

Extremely unprofessional staff. Booked a couples massage weeks ago for this afternoon and it got cancelled because of one of two reasons. First reason being that a masseuse had an accident and could not come in to work. Which I understand that, and they tried to reschedule for 7pm, but upon further discussion they did not even have me booked for couples massage but just for a single massage. I understand that things happen and the masseuse had an accident and could not come in but I do not understand their lack of competence. Having a day planned around this is now ruined because of the incompetence of this staff, would not recommend going here. They did not even attempt to accommodate us after their mistake, we actually had to ask if they had any other appointments left.
