It was a bad and then a good experience. Long and slow line and our order too forever! Plus we had not been charged for it. When the lady came to with our order it was the wrong one! But then they were so nice to give is our order plus the wrong order they brought first. But they gave me the sweet ten and I wanted unsweet tea. BUT they did not charge me for anything, at the end they returned any charge made for the wrong order.
Cashier gave us good service and fast but co workers need a little more attention to customer service because tables where not clean
This used to be my go to whataburger. But they have lost it; not sure if management has changed or what but the quality of service and consistency has suffer in the past few months. I will skip the Alton Gloor location from now on smfh..
like way too long. take forever to get our food. do better.
They make our French Fries just the way we like them...Extra Crispy and Extra Salty. Excellent to go along with our meal after a day in the yard.
