If they did not give you a receipt it probably means they overcharged you. This was the case on my last two visits. I complained to corporate and soon after I received an apology letter from the manager and an offer for two complementary meals which I appreciate but will not claim. Some girls on their staff have a truly nasty attitude problem and it needs to be addressed by the manager. Be courteous with your customers. Please pay attention to what individuals you hire. I get whataburger about five times a year but from now on I will avoid this location. It is a brand we Texans love but people like your staff taint that trust and cheapen the experience. I don't believe in second chances, betray my trust, I move on and don't look back. Three stars to the manager, 0 to employees.
The service today was very quick. Usually you are waiting 15 minutes for your food but with the amount of people in the drive thru I was surprised how quickly everything happened. The food was also very good.
Very nice employees even though you can see they are giving more duties than they can do they still talk to you very pleasant
It's a hit or miss sometimes my order is perfect and other times it's way off. But the food is good I mean who doesn't like wataburger
I just moved here last january and all my wife kept talking about was Whataburger! So i tried it a couple of times and wasn't impressed. Then i ate ay the one on alton gloor and whoa....i finally get it! This one was exceptional as well! They got my order right..it came out fast hot and delicious!
