I wish this had zero stars to rate because I had a really bad experience. The lady who was doing my laser was being really rude and unprofessional. She was using her phone and eating and licking her fingers while doing my laser (mind you she was touching me to guide her self with the laser) She did not use any gloves or cleaned the bed from the previous person. She didn’t wash her hands right after she was done with the girl before me. The machine was not sanitized. I constantly had to tell her it was burning me and she wouldn’t stop. She was really unprofessional. I did not see any certificate in the room that she was a certified laser tech. They had me use this old gown and smelled terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The attitude and quality of service has declined dramatically. The laser service, even deeply discounted, is a rip-off. You must pay in advance, cash only, with no receipt, when u book your appointment. No call or text reminders of appointments, and you lose your money/service if late or unable to make it. The room is dirty, and you're given a cover to use that does not get changed out between customers. The laser technician chats on her cell while performing the service. Full body laser service is done in 30 minutes - not exactly thorough.
I wouldn’t recommend i showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she said yes she could do that but she’s ended up doing completely different than what I had asked for I asked for like a ombré and she did highlights on me totally different hair style and color not even close to the picture either hate how my hair turned out and now I don’t have money to get it fixed
The laser hair removal service is great and has great prices.
TERRIBLE techniques, I did my eyelash extensions and she literally glued them on my eyelids. When I left the salon they were so easy to pull off, plus they make us pay In cash. I would never recommend this place to anyone because there job done is very sloppy.
