I did not like there service, I had the HD Brow package and were unprofessional. I asked for a simple straight eyebrow and Elva didn’t want to do it for me, she right away told me that that was a “custom” eyebrow and I said fine charge me whatever you want I just want a straight eyebrow. She clearly told me and there are cameras to prove it she said “I’ve never heard of that”. Irritated by her response I asked to have someone else do me the service and she didn’t seemed willing but wanted to proceed I tried my best to see if the consultation I payed for in the package I asked was going to get better but it didn’t. As she did the markings, I clearly told her to just cancel my appointment and I will be leaving since she couldn’t do the shape I wanted. I was very upset because if you put yourself in my shoes, letting your eyebrow grow takes a lot of time, patience and yet you are paying a “profesional” to enhance your eyebrow, and then does whatever she wants. I was not happy. I said to myself maybe I should just be more patient and maybe she will get my point since I showed her over 10 pictures of what I wanted and meant with Straight eyebrows and kept repeating “I know what you mean “nNonetheless, as the final result came to be, she was rushing to finish me off , and I left and no customer service for the most part from no one. I was 15 min early to my appointment and didn’t see why the rush.nShe treaded my eyebrow in an arch shape and it doesn’t fit me nonetheless I had to wash away the tint right away since I was not happy with my service.nThen after the Manager Liliana told me upon complaining via Instagram to go back and she will fix and do whatever I wanted, but I was there and no one seemed to care about my service and after threading a full eyebrow a whole diferente shape there no coming back from it until it grows back again who knows how long. I advice you don’t go there at all.nI am still in tears after washing the tint off all day.nIt saddens me that I let my eyebrows grow for a long time and I went exited to try this place that advertises something completely different than going in person.nI will ask for a refund but I don’t expect much either from them.
