I can't say enough great things about working with Jill, she made buying our first home an absolute breeze and was there to answer any questions we had. She is extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us through the whole process. She even recommended some great contractors for painting and carpeting our new house. You can tell that she really has a passion for what she does and is extremely personable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home because we couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

I absolutely loved working with Jill Fouch and cannot speak higher of her and the service she provided when my spouse and I were looking for a home. We were relocating to College Station from Virginia in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and Jill truly made the home buying process so much easier and less stressful. Jill listened to what we were looking for and helped us understand every step of the process as first-time home buyers. When we were in town for a weekend to look for houses, Jill spent the 3 full days showing us several properties and taking us back to our top five houses. She was patient, kind, and very responsive throughout the entire process. She did not pressure us to make a decision and provided key information to us about the market and neighborhoods so we could evaluate our options. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares about you and will respond to your inquiries promptly, Jill is the person for you. Also, after closing our home, Jill continued to support us by providing us some information we needed, helping us transition smoothly to College Station. I plan to stay in my new home for a long time, but I know I will work with Jill again in the future when I am ready to buy another home. Without hesitation, she has my highest recommendation!!!

She guided us every step of the way and knew exactly how to prepare and stage the house to earn top dollar. We received and accepted an offer within a few days of listing! My wife and I were first time home buyers and Jill was tremendously helpful throughout the whole process. There was a lot of things we didn't know to ask/look for that she made sure to point out or ask us what we wanted. She was also really good about communicating with us and our builder especially when things needed to be changed. I highly recommend using Jill to buy or sell a home!
