Julie Sun was the property manager for the first house I rented after graduating and moving to college station. It was only after i had rented property at several other places and bought my own house that i realized just how unprofessional she was. She is not only rude in her everday correspondences but also overcharged from our security deposit hundreds of dollars for everyday wear or damages that simply werent there. Have never had anything close to such a bad experience in several rental properties since. Renters and buyers STAY AWAY.
