Been going to this salon for a year amazing service. Always respectful. Always make me feel at home. Don’t have any complaints :)
This place has gone done hill! They use to do very nice job but now they make you wait forever then do a rush job when they finally get to you. I am so disappointed with my nails, they are not shaped correctly and they are filed more to one side . We pay to much money for rush jobs and poor service. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted but instead she did what she wanted. It is your job as the professional to make sure your clients are satisfied especially when we are paying these high prices. If you don’t know how to do it just be honest and say so then send me to someone who can or let me choose something else. Now I’m back on the search for a good nail salon.
Thay were AMAZINGGGG at slaying my nails !!! Beyond average Beautiful, professional, talented, compassionate, dedicated, while on point and totally listening to her customers, shows she genuinely cares and wants you to be happy and satisfied because she actually loves what she does!!nThe salon totally exceeded my super high expectations with my pedicure too!!! Definitely the worst nail salon experience I ever had. Paid $48 for dip “almond” nails that were all different shapes and lengths, plus was hurt multiple times today during the process.z
The worker did a top coat on my nails and the nail polish smeared my design and he went behind me and sat down with no care in the world. Then they did my nails again and it smeared again .The only one I recommend is Cary.
