I asked for a simple plaid design. The woman was very friendly and did the nail shape correctly...but completely botched the design and it overall looks very odd. It was definitely not worth the $63 plus tip. I have to go somewhere else and get it fixed.
Love this place! My daughter has her lip waxed there frequently and every time it's polite and super fast service! Also - the price is great as well! Many places seriously over charge for lip wax, almost $20, but Nail Spa does NOT overcharge at all!!
Took my brother to the nail salon today to get his first pedicure. We walked in on a Saturday but the receptionist assured us that we could get in in 10-15 min. We sat patiently checking the front desk every 15 min, but after an hour we asked if we could finally get serviced since we had seen several individuals go before us who had waited less time. Hate to bring race into it, but we were the only black people there. I asked after an hour if we could be serviced in the next 10-15 min and her response was “probably not”.... we left after that and went to Fashion Nails. Very disappointing for what could have been a fun experience.
I love Nail Spa! Elan does my dip powder and is a master at what she does. The pedicures are relaxing and everyone does a great job.
The BEST place to get nails done in BCS. I’ve gone to a ton of places around town and this is my go to. The quality is far above anywhere else I’ve gone to over the years. There’s was only one time when my shellac mani started to chip after 3-4 days and I went back in and they fixed it. Staff is friendly and professional. My tried and true nail salon ud83dudc85
