This place is amazing, the attention to detail is superb, and they are so friendly. They listen to what you want and are quick.

2020:(I had gone 3 times) Everytime I go no matter who I get they are always fantastic! Today I had Kim as my nail tech and she did great even after I had started getting antsy after finding out another appointment I had afterwards ended up getting moved up. My nails look perfect and I'm so glad she did them!n2021 update: If I do go back I will only go by myself and I will ask for a tech by name. As for my latest experience: My sister and I wanted to have a sisters day out so I made an appointment, well I called about 30mins early to let them know we would be late and pushed back our time. When I got there I didn't feel that they took my appointment in to account; since once my sister came a few minutes afterwards she ended up sitting in a waiting chair for over an hour, while another girl was sat next to me. My sister never ended up getting anything done so it was just super disappointing! Every other time I'd gone by myself they were so nice and did a great job so I thought making an appointment would only make things easier but to say something nice they did do a good job on my nails.

Called right when they opened to schedule 3 pedicures and a manicure at 2PM. Was told that would not be a problem. Got there and was sat down for the pedicures and waited. The person getting a manicure was worked on immediately and they were finished within 10 minutes. We still had not even gotten our feet in the water. By 230 we went ahead and left because we still had not been started on.

Best nail experience I have ever had!!! The tech introduced herself to me and threw in suggestions on color. She did everything I asked for and more. She understood my personality and worked her magic to convey into nail art. They were very easy to talk to, and she took her time! The seating was very comfortable. I will definitely make this my nail sanctuary.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The attendees were okay, but my tech really couldn't understand me and did a terrible job on my shape as well as texture. Too pricey for what I received and my tech even cut me while filing. Do not recommend for the quality they offer.
