I am a first time homeowner and I can say this was by far the easiest experience I could have ever asked for! The Real Estate Muses team is well informed, well managed and extremely enjoyable to work with! From start to finish Melissa was a wealth of knowledge which was a huge relief since I had no idea what I was getting myself into. She went above and beyond to help myself as well as my family feel comfortable with my purchase. Even when she wasn’t available to physically take me to view my future home (for the second time) she made sure someone from her team was able to be there. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, kindness and endless patience Melissa and her team had with me! She was always happy to answer any questions and always gave great advice when I had no clue on how to make a decision. Melissa and her entire team more than exceeded my expectations! She always took the time to listen to what I wanted and found the perfect home for a first time buyer with lots of wants! Melissa and her team are amazing! They have helped us not only buy and sell homes but have always continued to support us during the years in between and have become like an extended family. Melissa and all the ladies are amazing!!! This was my first time buying a house and Melissa was so patient with me. She set me up with realistic expectations with my budget. She helped me the with tire way through. I can not say enough good things about her. The whole team was so friendly and responsive. Felt like I became part of the family not just a client. I highly recommend them!!! You will not regret it.

Michele Hendrix did an outstanding job for us, she was patient, she listened to what we wanted. Then she took the time to drive us around for what seemed like days before we found something we were willing to put an offer on. Then she coached us on how to make the offer and get it accepted. Which in today’s market is a really big deal, there’s too many buyers chasing too few homes. If you are house shopping in San Antonio use Michele Hendrix. She knows the market and she knows her business.
