Great team at Re/max New Heights. They quickly helped us find a home and Jennifer Sample was kind enough to do multiple showings for us via FaceTime since we were relocating to San Antonio from another country. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.

We rented a wonderful home in, Alamo Heights in October of 2018, and Remax New Heights has been nothing but wonderful! We have had few issues with the property , but anything that came up, they were on it that day, and always communicated above and beyond on anything involved with the home. Their service people are top notch and they review each service call with a questionnaire to make sure their contractors get the job down. The people at ReMax are accessible all the time, and very tenant oriented. They are 100% professional at all levels within their property Mgt group and we are 100% pleased that they are our property managers!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a service member trying to relocate my family to San Antonio Ft Sam Houston. I keep calling with no update they seem to busy to take care of customer. Trying to find a way to rent property from different company.
