Circle School

We have a 3 yr old and 6yr old here and we couldn't be happier. We are so grateful to have found a school that nurtures the whole child. Kids get to be kids, all while benefiting from a small student-teacher ratio (12:1). The teachers are absolutely fantastic, and the oral storytelling tradition that starts/ends the school day has really increased my kids' listening comprehension, as well as their knowledge of world cultures. And to top it all off, my kids like school so much they say they want to go to school on the weekends!

It's frustrating knowing that natural child development is not used as a baseline when most schools develop their standards. I love that Circle School gives TWO 30- minute breaks every day to all students, pre-k through 8th grade. They also limit class size to twelve in order to give each child the attention they deserve.
