Deputy M Villarreal 765 was outstanding. He handled our issue professionally. Thank you all for what you do!

What a waste of tax payer money. Their patrol car spends most mornings constantly doing U turns on Westwood loop. Endangering people just to give tickets. Squad car #8211 you know I saw you! That’s how they “protect” you

Officer Eric Belmar truly deserves to be recognized!nThe year 2020 took a toll on many of us in a multitude of ways...from the overwhelming news regarding police versus select citizens, the election, and the COVID health crisis.nNow upon us Texans is this winter storm we're all grappling with in some form or fashion. On Thursday, 18 February 2021, it was pretty brutal to say the least. Out in my neck of the woods near Castroville Texas, the roads were layered in ice and snow today, so travel was not an option to the local grocery or restaurant to go grab food. I received a knock on my door around 2 pm and saw a police vehicle out front...and the comments immediately brighten my day! Officer Eric Belmar of the Bexar County Sheriff's Department stopped by and brought my son and I a pizza. He proceeded to ask if we were okay and needed anything. Yes I teared up...as I looked outside watching him walk away in the blizzard, I was in total disbelief that people were even actually out in these conditions.nThis act of kindness is something you can't teach...it comes from within genuinely. I hope someone within the Bexar County Sheriff Department leadership views this. Officer Belmar deserves to be recognized. He had no obligation to do what he did, but took it upon himself to go above the call of duty and conduct welfare checks during this raging winter storm. Officer Belmar gets a salute from both my son and I for his courage and selfless service. I will always support this organization of professionals. A HUGE THANKS to Officer Eric Belmar and the Bexar County Sheriff team. This old guy here sincerely appreciates what you do day in and day out putting yourselves in harm's way to serve the citizenry.nStay Safe,nRespectfully,

The majority of police officers that I came across, alongside the investigators and officials , for the most part, were only seeking a conviction, rather than the truth. I had a lot of unprofessional experiences with them, even prior to any court hearings or proceedings. Being arrested does not mean that you are guilty nor does it mean that you deserve to be treated lesser than a human being. I think that this establishment has a lot of improvements to be made, especially when they are hungry for falsifying information on cases in hopes of gaining media attention and having click-bait titles. You should be professional and maintain some integrity and not treat individuals like bottom of the barrel lesser than humans. The only individuals who I came in contact with who had respect and was courteous was the judge of my case as well as my attorney. The police officers/investigators have a lot of work to do, as well as the officer who was monitoring my case while I was awaiting trial. I'm so glad this is all in my past, but I feel sorry for anybody who must deal with these individuals, especially if you're not guilty and have to put up with this.
