Jonathan is THE. BOMB. Another plumbing company quoted us a huge amount so we called in ASAP to get a second opinion. Not only did he fix the issues for HALF the price, he recognized that one of the solutions the previous plumber had given (for a quote of $975) wouldn’t have even fixed the issues. Truly amazing service by him, Travis, and Beto!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recently had a very bad and unprofessional interaction with this company. I had worked with them on a Home Warranty repair a few weeks before...and that was a good service call.nnHowever after the freeze, I had two homes that needed repair. On home one, they arrived on time but tried to attempted to WAY over charge me for a minor repair and didn't seem interested in doing the other repairs on the house, just kept telling me how hard it would be. I had them leave due to the attempt to price gouge my clients. Unacceptable.nnI had already scheduled them for another appointment 2 days later, and because I needed that repair completed, and I had already paid the Service call fee, I left the appointment on the books. I called the day of the service and they told me it was their next call at about 4:00. I tried to call on Monday to see if the repair was done and after multiple calls, they told me they hadn't gone, and didn't know when they could get me back on the schedule. They had quoted me over $300 for the repair over the phone and I ended up fixing it for less than $7 in parts.nnI do not recommend this company!

I used ASAP plumbing for a routine leak (with American Home Shield). The plumber came out initially and made this pinhole leak seem like it may cause a full reroute of plumbing because the leak was so close to the wall stud. The job would cost $375 for this modification. A couple of days later a plumber came to fix the leak. I asked are you going to make a modification because it is so close to the stud. He said no I am just replacing the line. I watched it was a quick routine job. Because I complained he called the office. Then all of a sudden the job was called a modification. I called the office and the person on the phone said rudely you signed the paperwork. American Home Shield paid the company for parts and labor. They worked for less than 20 minutes. I called American Home Shield and was read what the plumber stated. I am waiting for a call back from the escalation department. The plumber said the company would knock off $100. I am not finished with this issue. This company is using the home warranty company to scam customers. I will update my review if this is properly resolved.

ASAP Plumbing was recommended/used by our home warranty company. They were used for a new water heater. First thing they did was install a cheaper water heater then the one that was given by the company. I could get over that, but we have been having issues with our hot water and losing the heat throughout the house so we started to investigate. Upon a simple removal of the metal plate that has the power connection for the water heater underneath it, we found this. My husband tries to move a wire to take a look at it and it was sending sparks everywhere. The entire thing has been burning and melting wires and was connected together using some tape and did not have the proper equipment inside of it to keep these wires safe. If we had not of found this, I may not have been here much longer. This is something that would have resulted in a fire. This is my first stop. Next I will be contact the American Home Warranty company and then after that the business bureau and the city inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cut corners and are not doing a job that you want in your home. I’m just glad we knew someone that could take a look at this for us. We got really lucky.

Service was part of a home warranty/home insurance related issue. I submitted a home warranty claim for a plumbing leak. The plumber from ASAP Plumbing evaluated the leak, he stated that the leak was from the AC, but miraculously found additional leaks outside the foundation that was not covered by the home warranty, because they were outside the foundation of the house. Which of course, I had to pay out of pocket, on a fixed income. Of course, on a $800 bill, they did knock off $50, which is less than the 10% many companies offer as a military veteran/retiree/disabled veteran. The leak issues ended up being transferred to an AC conditioning company, which was not any more professional. These companies who work for the home warranty companies seem to want to save as much money as possible for them, even as the cost of the customer who rely of their integrity, honesty and professionalism.nnBe careful as the technicians, or at least the one I encountered is well versed in making the situation seem much more dire than it really is. You know, the one that you have to pay for out of pocket. However, the one that is covered by the warranty company is never as dire. For the record, there was no more leaks after they performed their work, but since they transferred it to the AC company, much of the work needed to assess the damage is not covered by my homeowners policy. Not to mention the fact that their work stopped the leak, not the fact that the AC company did absolutely nothing because there was no leak when they came 4 days later.nnAs you can see, their ratings are poor and if I had researched them prior to accepting them from the warranty company, I would have requested another company.
