Great food[KFC rules!] but service needs some help. We put in the order inside at 1523 and finally got it at 1545. 22 minutes. I had to present my receipt and they finally made my order. The supervisor did apologize and offered us some extras which I did appreciate. BTW at least one the crew had on his mask but mouth and nose were uncovered.
This new management has me on the edge of my seat. They mess up your order at box then u cant get what u actually want because he wants to tell me i have to give my card again to ring me up for their mistake instead of just making it right and we leave happy and full. What is so hard about giving me what i want. I never had this problem until that man tried helping me. N i go atleast 3 to 4 times a month. Never had i been treated with such disrespect as i did with steven.
4 stars only because it is a fast food restaurant cant expect a fine dining restaurant experience. It is a good place to eat it was quick and hot plus the freeze was perfect it wasnt runny or too frozen so i would recommend it if your in the area.
There is another taco bell closer, but this one is our go-to. Service is usually fast and customer service is EXELLENT. What I do enjoy is that the crunchy tacos have the correct amount of meat and balanced ingredients (as seen in the commercials). Usually, other taco bells are skimpy on the contents. THIS Taco Bell rocks! Keep on doing good here. I go to mo other Taco Bell in SA, but only here.
Sweet woman (Nevaeh), i think her name was. Working drive thru, tonight. I hope my mom didnt hurt her feelings in any way. Cause the way my mom responded back by yelling. It was uncalled for. I would like to apologize on behalf of my mom. Please let her know.
