I love PF Chang's. I especially enjoy the Hot and Sour soup. I have been going there for many years. The chefs and waiters always provide excellent food and service. I went on Sat. Feb 27 and I am only basing the 5 stars because of the service and professionalism we got from waiter Mike1. He was attentive and very personable. I think he deserves a raise or a promotion ud83dude4c Also got the perfect messages in my fortune cookies.nAs far as the 3 hostesses that were there, they provided horrible service since we got there. They called out our name party of 3. Obviously it was 2 of us unless they saw an invisible person. It was so rude and unprofessional that if I were Mr. Chang, I would fire them all. When we left the restaurant none of the hostesses acknowledged us or said Thanks for coming or have a nice day! They had no excuse because even though it was a Saturday, it wasn't busy like other times I've been there.
The ambience was so wonderful. We were celebrating my husband's promotion. The food was delicious. The wait staff extraordinary attentive and professional. The cherry to the evening meal was a congratulations card signed by the wait staff. Never expected this. They went above and beyond what is normally expected at a restaurant. This accentuates fine dining!
I had the lettuce wrap & Miami Glazed Salmon. I also drank Saki which was very good as well. It was very delicious & enjoyed my time here. I love the classy upscale, but yet relaxed environment. Waitress was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
