A roof replacement hit a water line and caused a leak in the ceiling and wall of our home. We called Jen and Bobby who arrived right away. They were our advocates who did an extensive remediation and determined the extent of the leak. They were very professional and committed to a clean job well done. Everything is dry and has been restored perfectly. It would have been a big mistake to not have PuroClean. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I would give this company 10 stars it that were a choice. Bobby and Jennifer were compassionate, and understanding with us, and our problems. They did a fantastic job remediating the water damage to our home. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

If you’re reading this review then you’re probably wondering if you can trust this company to come clean up some kind of home disaster and wondering if they’ll do it properly and not take advantage of your ignorance or lack of knowledge in the subject matter. You can stop searching. Hire them! This is the second company we contacted to come out and take a look at some water damage we had due to a thermal expansion tank on our water heater spraying water everywhere. We’re first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. We called them after the first company (a local plumbers recommendation) quoted us an absurd amount. I called Jen and Bobby from Puroclean and explained the situation and within an hour they were out at our house giving us a quote to compare. We immediately felt at ease with them and they quoted us a significant amount less than the other company and once we gave them the okay they immediately got to work. They did a great job at using the least invasive method to clean up the damage inside our walls- which will make cosmetic repair so much easier! Jen and Bobby run a honest, no gimmicks, trustworthy company. They’re in it to really help people and will explain and answer questions every step of the way. Do yourself a favor during this stressful time you find yourself in and hire them. While I was out of town, my neighbor called me to indicate that water was cascading off my front porch. I have a daughter who lives in the same town and I asked if she could go see what was happening at my house. When she opened the back door water also gushed out because there was a wading pool instead of a kitchen floor. Probably 4 inches of water was in my house covering every surface. My neighbor was also thoughtful enough to turn off the water at the main. Our guess is that water had been spewing from my hot water heater for the full time that I had been absent from the house, about a week. We called Bobby and Jennifer Dean's Puroclean because it was recommended to us by a realtor friend. They were on another job, but came the following day and began the hard, annoying work of removing water and pieces of wall to allow for total dry out. The hot water heater was in the attic and the ceiling had collapsed in the bathroom nearly directly under the hot water heater. This was no easy job and although there might have been several companies that could have rid the house of water, Bobby and Jennifer were there to also reclaim my life and the meaningful items that were contained in the house. They treated my possessions as if they were their own, getting furniture sent to a repair location very quickly and delivering electrical equipment; DVD player, Computer, TV and phones to a company that could check them out and assist if they needed repair or drying out. The best attribute as I was dealing with this catastrophe, Bobby and Jennifer were there to support me in my fragility and distress. Their support and calm, capable demeanor allowed me to know that the best results could happen with them at the helm. Now I' moving on to renewing my home.

Jennifer and Bobby did a wonderful job on cleaning and removing wet gypsum board, baseboards, and ceiling tile which was damaged in the building. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Five-Stars!
