I’ve been coming here for the past 9years their work is always consistent and timely. They are good about getting my food stains out. The owner is pretty down earth.

I take my clothes to signature cleaners. I haven't had any problems, I met the Owners I brought in a old sports Jersey They explain what could have been to it. because it's an old Jersey but they went out of their way to make sure that I got it back Nice and clean Thank you for your hard work.

I've never actually been to THIS location, but I hear all the SA locations are owned by the same owner. My review is regarding a sweater that they damaged at the Green Glen location (closed down now). Damaged garments happen sometimes, but I think the way the cleaners handle the situation is a better indication of how they are as a business. They told me they would reimburse me the cost of a new sweater but now the owner is completely ignoring me. I tried leaving messages with her employees but she won't call back. I was asked to call a certain location at a certain time. I did that a few times but still was unable to reach her. Isn't it the business' responsibility to reach the customer when an issue arises, instead of the other way around? This has been happening for about 4 weeks now. I tried to send them an email today at the email on their website, but it tells me it's an invalid email address. Honestly, it doesn't surprise me anymore. Needless to say, I am done doing business with them, and I do not recommend them for your dry cleaning needs. I now go to Carl's Cleaners- the BEST.

Do not bring your clothes to this cleaners. It took me two weeks and three trips to the store to get my 6 items (3 suit jackets, 1 dress and 2 pants) cleaned. The clothes came back worse than when I brought them. Spots on my clothes and still dirty. Returned them and then the pants were not ironed or starched. The pants were hung against the obvious seams and very wrinkled. The cuff was so messed up. I returned them and again, no iron, no starch....after we asked 3 times to have them starched and ironed properly. I cannot wear this mess to work without taking them to another place to have them ironed properly.
