I took my wedding dress here after getting it dirty taking my bridal portrait. I hadn’t gotten married yet, in the beginning my experience was great, I went to view my dress and everything looked great but they still had to send it to be pressed. My now husband picked up my dress for me and it wasn’t until the big day that I noticed a jewel missing from the attached belt. Completely turned my mood upside down but there wasn’t much I could do then. So just a warning to future brides.

Sent clothing here only to be returned damaged - twice.nSpoke to the owner only to be hung up on when I requested if there was another specialist treatment for this type of silk which he clearly misunderstood as me asking him to recommend another cleaner.nTheir customer service is akin to the quality of the services they provide - both extremely sub-optimal and rudimentary.nHave never been spoken to so rudely by someone we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with each year.nDo yourselves and your clothes a favor and go ANYWHERE but Culpeppers.

I don't just visit there, I work there. It's my third time back working with and for the Culpepper Cleaners family. It's a great place to work and we have an awesome boss. We work but we also have a good time while doing it. The customers are a pleasure to work with. The staff have developed a rapport with each other and with the customers. I can't imagine working anywhere else. This is my Culpepper family.

Greeted immediately with friendly smiles.nDropped off some drapes. Went in Thursday, a day after scheduled to be ready, but weren’t. Said they would call me when ready.nCalled Rose on Saturday at 8:00 am to see if they were in. They were not. She asked for my number to call me back.nShe called me back and said they were being packaged at the plant, but was going to have someone go pick them up and have them there by 12 noon.nRose called me back at 10:00 am and said they were in, if I wanted to go pick them up, before the storm.nThe customer service that Rose showed, to make me happy, was outstanding. I appreciate her efforts in getting my drapes in for my new house ud83cudfe1ud83dude01
