Aladdin was referred to me as I had a beautiful oriental rug that had been chewed up by a newly rescued dog. The rug was rolled up for 14 years to prevent further damage. My sweet dog passed away (he did get out of the chewing phase) and I brought the rug back out to decide what to do. I thought it may be beyond hope. So I took it to Aladdin for cleaning and restoration. The cleaning service was superb and the restoration by Lori was incredible. I cannot even tell where the damage was done. Here I thought I may have to toss it, but now it looks like it did when I purchased it in the Philippines in 1990. I am learning more about all of the services they offer and they will have my business for life. THANK YOU Aladdin!!!!!!

We had a spillage on our bedroom carpet this morning. I immediately called Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration.nnThey came to the house in just a few hours. Bryan and Nate were so courteous, so customer service oriented, so efficient, so thorough. They explained everything they were going to do to clean the carpet before they did the work. They then walked us through the details once they were done with the work.nnThe carpet looks better then when we bought it a few years ago. And Nate & Bryan cleaned up so well you would never know they had been here, other than the carpet looks perfect.nnThank you Nate & Bryan. Thank you Aladdin!!!

1000% recommend Aladdin for flooring! Charles came out for an estimate and was incredibly friendly, reasonable and a man of his word. I had a few companies come out and give estimates and the customer service we received from Charles is why we chose Aladdin and I'm so glad we did. He sent out an amazing crew to strip the wax off the floors in our new home. Bryan & Joe were here from 9-6 working nonstop. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and did such a good job; I truly couldn't be happier! My husband was hesitant to spend the money and not be happy with the results. Aladdin's satisfaction guarantee put our concerns at ease and we are so impressed with Aladdin that we no longer need to look for a flooring company, we know right where to go for flooring, carpet, drapes, furniture, you name it. If Aladdin can do it, I'm calling them! I can't say enough good things! Thank you Aladdin :)
