Quality service, fair prices and nice people!!nnSo SHOCKED!! first laundry/press on my new chinos... I have a double crease... These pant's were purchased to replace a pair that the double crease couldn't be pressed out of... It's worse.... I did not notice until I sat down at WORK ...so much for attention to detail.. your service is used to make my day easier... today you failed

I’m generally not one to write negative reviews of a business online, but this might be a first. In mid-late December, Oak Park Cleaners returned a suit to me reeking of smoke. I didn’t notice until about a week after we picked it up, at which point it had spread the smoke to other items in my closet.nnI like to assume the best in people, so I walked in and politely told them that I believe that this one suit smelled strongly of smoke, and that we had picked it up from their facility a couple of weeks ago. I requested that they please clean this item and the two or three items near it that also now reeked of smoke. I would have brought those items in immediately but I was busy over the holidays and couldn’t find a time they were open until early January.nnI was honestly surprised by the defensiveness of the staff member I spoke to. Usually when this happens, a good business is apologetic and deeply embarrassed, offering to rectify their mistake immediately and at the convenience of the customer whose items were damaged. No such thing happened here. The staff member scanned every item, attempting to claim that it was not from their facility, even though a handwritten tag on the suit mentioned that only one item had a tag.nnAfter the staff member finally became convinced that this item was from their facility, she claimed that they had a “30-day window” for complaints. She would have to talk to her manager about this later in the day, so I would have to leave the items with them until then. “Oh, well, great!” you might say. Unfortunately, they construed this “window” to begin when the item was ready for pickup, not when I actually picked it up. We were about five days outside of this new “window”.nnMy girlfriend is sweet and agreed to pay them to rectify their own mistakes and clean it again. Let me repeat: we had to pay to have them clean up after themselves. And guess what? They returned all the items and they all still smell like smoke. Hundreds of dollars worth of damages that they will not admit they did even though it is plain as day.nnAgain, I don’t like writing negative reviews of a business, but there are plenty of fantastic dry cleaning services in San Antonio. This is not one of them.

They’re great. Super friendly. Offer discount coupons and they way they store the dry cleaning shirts and suits is above the standard. Very pleased all around.
