If I could give this place no stars I would. The service was horrible. I used this location since it was close to home and by the HEB I shop at. They charged me twice. When I called to let them know they said I had to come in the next day with proof since it would kick back the second charge. So I went back and showed them proof that they charged me twice and the younger person there said there was nothing he could do and wouldn't even call his manager to fix their mistake. He kept making excuses as to why he couldn't fix the problem. I told him multiple times he needed to call his manager to fix the issue and said I'd have to come back tomorrow. I'm livid. Now I'm my bank filing a claim since the cleaners wouldn't fix their mistake. Never using that location again.

I would not recommend this place to do business. Front desk male receptionist was on his phone when I entered and did not greet me. I initiated conversation. He was fully uninterested in doing his job or answering questions I had. Customer service is non-existent.

Took some shirts to this location with a $1.77 Comet Cleaners coupon per shirt. The coupon was accepted when I dropped off the shirts. However, when I returned to pick-up the shirts, I was charged a higher price of $2.19 per shirt. When I questioned the over charge I was told they didn't honor the Comet Cleaner coupon of $1.77 because they were a Jack Brown Cleaners. The store sign is a Comet Cleaners, so beware. I'm never going there again for I felt cheated.

Terrible terrible place. I brought in a comforter to have it cleaned, they STAINED it then after I pointed it out to the man working he said he would run it through again no charge. Then I came to pick it up after the second time and the stain is still there! I then asked if they could at least give me a discount because they stained it and they refused. Terrible customer service, terrible people. DO NOT GO HERE.
