Poor customer service. Not rude, just not friendly at all. Why go there when you can be treated better somewhere else? Go to Oak Park Cleaners down the street. They actually smile. Imagine that in a customer service business... groundbreaking.

The hours of operation say from 7AM- 7PM and guess what its 7:20 and you guys are still closed i work long hours and I only had a chance to pick up my clothes today I want a refund or a good discount

I would recommend no one go here. I sent five shirts to be washed and pressed when I went back to pick up my shirts the next day none of them had been ironed. I sent him back and went back another day later and only four of them were tired. They try to tell me that because of the material that one wasn’t able to be pressed. I pointed out that they were all the exact same brand of shirt and once again since the shirt back to get ironed! On the fourth day when I went to pick up the same shirt for the third time it still wasn’t ironed. After almost a week I was never able to get five shirts properly pressed even though I had already paid for the service. And the worst part was that the “manager“ whose name is Hannah never even offered to give me my money back or do the next batch for free or at a discount. When I brought it to her attention she said well I figured you were coming back anyway.!? So good job hannah ud83dudc4d You guys got me for $20..... But I can assure everyone it’s the last $20 they’ll ever get of mine!

The company is not good at all the girls gossip way to much they care too much of other people business. Management sucks I would not ever work thier again. To many snitches I'm in pre school I'm grown to grown
