They did a poor job of cleaning the tint they put on a car I purchased from a dealer. They then put a “SW Auto Customs” sticker on my front window that was hard to get off (antithetical to keeping nice glass) and left lots of residue. I’ll never willingly do business with them.
The staff is very friendly and professional. They do an amazing job detailing and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Difficult to get a hold of. I went to their business during normal hours and it was closed. I wanted to talk about 3M PPF and only the owner does that work, but he isn't at the business very often. I left several messages and received one call-bsck, but I missed the call. So I called back and left another message, and that's it. If you get work done, I imagine any warranty repairs will be difficult to get.
Walking into this professional looking shop gave me a good reason to stop my search for quality service . These guys know what they're doing from showroom details to custom window tint. When a company like this one offers all 3M film & quality cleaning products to detail your vehicle, there's 0 reason to go anywhere else. They offer many levels of washes as well.
