Attendants were very polite and nice, no issues with their professionalism. Issue is with how quick they are to just get cars in and out as fast as possible. I wanted my car vacuumed and they had to re vacuum it. They called the manager and drove it over for a re vacuum. He, the manager, brought it back over to me, didn't say anything to me, and I guess just expected that I would take it. I looked it over AGAIN, and sure enough, back seats were not touch at all and it was VERY OBVIOUS. The attendant saw it and vacuumed it up with their shop vac. Not impressed at all with their service here. I want to believe that the attendants want to do a good job but are under pressure just to get cars in and out as fast as possible which cluster service to lack. I will be going somewhere else for now on.
The staff is always friendly especially who runs the lines as you enter. They always cheerful and funny. The wash is consistently perfect. They don't rush when busy! My go to car wash spot!nThe service was excellent and the detail was well done! Will be back again.
Out of all of the Wash Tubs in the area this is the first one that actually completely cleaned my car. Usually they miss a window or the cup holders etc. In fact the one on Judson road once forgot to clean a. Window which was evident because the white markings they put on the car were still there! Kudos to this Wash Tub. I was impressed.
Good price and monthly specials. They also do a really good cleaning the car. The little shop is nice and has good atmosphere
My car looks brand new! I’m so blown away by how great it looks. I almost immediately signed up for a membership because I will absolutely be back!
